Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound large shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice freshly squeezed
  • 1-2 tablespoons adobo sauce from chipotle in adobo
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish

Method
