Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups fresh broccoli florets
  • 1 cup cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine creamy ingredients: cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise until smooth.
  3. Add the shredded sharp cheddar and grated Parmesan cheeses to the mixture.
  4. Fold in the broccoli florets, garlic powder, onion powder, and crushed red pepper flakes.
  5. Season the mixture with salt and pepper according to your taste.
  6. Transfer the mix into a baking dish, smoothing the top with a spatula.
  7. Bake the dip for 25-30 minutes, or until golden and bubbly.
  8. Allow the dip to cool slightly before serving.
