  • 12 ounces rotini pasta
  • 1 cup diced cooked chicken
  • 1 cup diced pineapple
  • 1 cup diced bell peppers red and yellow
  • 1/2 cup diced red onion

  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
