Ingredients
  

  • 1 can 15 oz chickpeas, drained and rinsed
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Prepare a baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper.
  3. Spread the rinsed chickpeas on the prepared baking sheet in a single layer.
  4. Drizzle the olive oil over the chickpeas and toss to coat evenly.
  5. Sprinkle the paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper over the chickpeas.
  6. Roast in the preheated oven for 20-30 minutes, stirring halfway through.
  7. Remove the chickpeas from the oven when they are golden and crispy, then let them cool slightly.
  8. Season to taste and serve immediately, or store for later use.
