  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 small onion diced
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Salt to taste
  • Fresh lime juice from 1 lime

Method
 

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the diced onion and sauté until translucent.
  3. Stir in minced garlic and cook for another minute.
  4. Add the ground beef and cook until browned.
  5. Drain excess fat if necessary, then season with chili powder, cumin, paprika, and salt.
  6. Mix everything well and let it simmer for a few minutes.
