Ingredients
  

  • ground chicken or turkey 1 lb
  • breadcrumbs 1/2 cup
  • egg 1 large
  • garlic powder 1 tsp
  • onion powder 1 tsp
  • salt 1 tsp
  • black pepper 1/2 tsp
  • buffalo sauce 1 cup
  • honey 1/4 cup
  • fresh parsley for garnish, optional

Method
 

  1. Prepare the meatball mixture and form into balls.
  2. Brown the meatballs (optional)
  3. Combine honey and buffalo sauce in the slow cooker.
  4. Add the meatballs to the slow cooker.
  5. Cook on low for 6-7 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
  6. Taste and adjust seasoning before serving.
