Cook spaghetti in boiling salted water according to package instructions.
While the pasta cooks, heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
Zest the lemons and squeeze the juice into the skillet, stirring to combine.
Once the pasta is cooked, reserve 1/2 cup of the pasta water and drain the rest.
Add the drained pasta directly into the skillet, along with reserved pasta water.
Stir in grated Parmesan and season with salt and pepper to taste.
Serve immediately, garnished with fresh herbs.
