Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat.
Add taco seasoning to the beef, stirring to combine.
Stir in black beans, corn, and salsa until well combined.
Spread half of the crushed tortilla chips in the bottom of a greased baking dish.
Layer the beef mixture over the chips, then top with half the cheese.
Add the remaining tortilla chips on top, followed by the rest of the cheese.
Bake for 25-30 minutes, until the cheese is bubbly and slightly golden.
Remove from the oven and sprinkle with cilantro if desired.
