Method
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the sausage and shredded cheese.
- Add the flour, milk, baking powder, garlic and onion powder, and black pepper to the mixture.
- Mix the ingredients together until well combined.
- Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of the mixture and roll them into balls.
- Place the balls on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Let them cool for a few minutes before serving.
