Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound ground sausage
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the sausage and shredded cheese.
  3. Add the flour, milk, baking powder, garlic and onion powder, and black pepper to the mixture.
  4. Mix the ingredients together until well combined.
  5. Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of the mixture and roll them into balls.
  6. Place the balls on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown.
  8. Let them cool for a few minutes before serving.
