Ingredients
  

  • 2 medium zucchini
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil for greasing

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Prepare the zucchini by grating it; then, place it in a clean kitchen towel to remove excess moisture.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the grated zucchini, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, egg, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  4. Spread the mixture evenly onto a greased baking sheet in a rectangle shape.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until the edges are golden brown.
  6. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly; then cut into sticks.
  7. Serve warm with marinara sauce or your favorite dipping sauce.
