Ingredients
  

  • 4 salmon fillets 6 oz each
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together honey, Dijon mustard, olive oil, and lemon juice.
  3. Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper on both sides.
  4. Place the salmon fillets skin-side down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Brush the honey mustard mixture generously over the salmon fillets.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through.
  7. Remove from the oven and let rest for a few minutes.
  8. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
