Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a skillet, brown the sausage over medium heat, breaking it apart with a spatula until fully cooked.
Add the garlic powder, black pepper, and green onions to the sausage mixture; stir well and remove from heat.
Roll out the crescent dough on a lightly floured surface and separate it into triangles.
Place a tablespoon of the sausage mixture at the wide end of each triangle; fold the dough over and roll it up into a bite-sized piece.
Arrange the rolled bites on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, leaving space between each one.
Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
Remove from the oven and allow to cool slightly before serving warm.
