Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground sausage and softened cream cheese until well mixed.
Add in the shredded cheddar cheese, flour, baking powder, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper to the bowl.
Using your hands or a spoon, mix until all ingredients are well combined and form a dough.
Scoop out tablespoon-sized portions of the mixture and roll them into balls.
Place the sausage balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or a silicone mat, ensuring they are spaced evenly apart.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20–25 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
Once done, remove from the oven and let them cool slightly before serving.
