Ingredients
  

  • 9 lasagna noodles
  • 2 cups broccoli florets chopped
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish optional

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions.
  3. Sauté the chopped broccoli until tender.
  4. In a bowl, combine ricotta, sautéed broccoli, mozzarella, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  5. Spread a thin layer of marinara sauce in a baking dish.
  6. Lay the cooked noodles flat, fill with the mixture, and roll them up.
  7. Place the rolled noodles seam-side down in the baking dish.
  8. Top the rolls with remaining marinara sauce and sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top.
  9. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until bubbly and golden.
