Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup pepperoni slices chopped
  • 1/2 cup cooked Italian sausage crumbled
  • 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
  • Cooking spray or oil for greasing

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together the milk and egg until smooth.
  4. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
  5. Fold in the mozzarella cheese, chopped pepperoni, cooked sausage, and Italian seasoning.
  6. Spray a mini muffin tin with cooking spray or oil, then scoop tablespoon-sized portions of the dough into each cup.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown and puffed.
  8. Remove from the oven and let them cool slightly before removing from the tin.
  9. Serve warm and enjoy your delicious pizza puffs!
