Big Mac Sliders made approachable with clear cues, pantry staples, and flexible swaps.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 6 slider buns
  • 1/2 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup pickles sliced
  • 1/2 cup Big Mac special sauce

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix the ground beef, garlic powder, onion powder, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.
  3. Form the mixture into small patties, about the size of the slider buns.
  4. Place the patties on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes, or until they reach your desired doneness.
  6. While the patties bake, prepare the slider buns by toasting them under the broiler until golden brown.
  7. Assemble the sliders by placing a patty on each bun, then layering on the lettuce, tomato, pickles, and a generous amount of special sauce.
  8. Serve immediately for the best flavor and freshness.
