In a large bowl, combine softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, crumbled bacon, green onions, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Fill each jalapeno half generously with the cheese mixture.
Place the filled jalapenos on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, until the poppers are golden and bubbly.
Remove from the oven and let them cool slightly before serving.
