Ingredients
  

  • 2 pounds chicken wings
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup Buffalo sauce
  • 2 tablespoons butter melted
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper and a wire rack.
  3. Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels.
  4. In a bowl, combine baking powder, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Toss the wings in this mixture until coated evenly.
  5. Place the coated wings on the wire rack, ensuring they are spread out in a single layer.
  6. Bake the wings for 35-40 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  7. While the wings bake, prepare the Buffalo sauce by mixing melted butter and Buffalo sauce in a bowl.
  8. Once baked, remove the wings from the oven and toss them in the Buffalo sauce until evenly coated.
  9. Serve immediately with fresh parsley for garnish, if desired.
