Ingredients
  

  • 24 rectangular crackers
  • 12 slices of bacon
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup hot sauce
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Line a baking sheet with foil or parchment paper.
  3. Cut each bacon slice into thirds.
  4. In a bowl, mix the brown sugar, hot sauce, smoked paprika, and black pepper.
  5. Dip each bacon piece into the glaze mixture, then wrap it around a cracker.
  6. Place the wrapped crackers on the lined baking sheet.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the bacon is crispy.
  8. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
