Toss the dried fries in vegetable oil and taco seasoning.
Spread the fries on a baking sheet in a single layer.
Bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through.
While fries are baking, prepare the cheese sauce.
Once fries are done, remove from the oven and drizzle with cheese sauce.
Top with jalapeños, sour cream, cilantro, and guacamole.
Serve immediately.
