Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound fresh asparagus
  • 8-10 slices of bacon
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: 1 tablespoon balsamic glaze

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Wash and trim the asparagus spears.
  3. Wrap each asparagus spear in a slice of bacon.
  4. Place the wrapped asparagus on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Drizzle olive oil over the wrapped asparagus and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes, until the bacon is crispy and the asparagus is tender.
