Method
- Prepare the ingredients.
- Layer the pierogi in the crockpot.
- Add half of the kielbasa and onion.
- Spoon in sauerkraut and additional seasonings.
- Pour the mushroom soup and sour cream mixture.
- Top with remaining pierogi, kielbasa, and cheese.
- Cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- Serve and enjoy!
