Ingredients
  

  • 2 large chicken breasts
  • 4 slices of prosciutto
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • 8 oz fresh mozzarella cheese sliced
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves torn
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the chicken breasts to the skillet.
  4. Flip the chicken and layer with prosciutto.
  5. Add the cherry tomatoes and mozzarella to the skillet.
  6. Remove from heat and garnish with fresh basil.
