Prepare the grill for medium heat.
Roll out the pizza dough to your desired thickness.
Brush one side of the dough with olive oil.
Place the oiled dough on the grill, oil side down.
Grill the dough for about 3-5 minutes until golden brown.
Flip the crust and quickly add the cherries, goat cheese, and arugula on top.
Close the grill lid and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
Remove the pizza from the grill and let it cool for a few minutes.
Drizzle with balsamic glaze and season with salt and pepper before serving.
