Ingredients
  

  • 1.5 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 tablespoons hot sauce optional
  • 1 cup vegetable oil for frying
  • 1/2 cup barbecue sauce or your favorite wing sauce

Method
 

  1. Prepare the chicken for cooking.

  4. Heat the oil in a deep skillet or fryer.
