Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
Rice the cauliflower and drain excess moisture.
In a mixing bowl, combine riced cauliflower, egg, mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
Spread the mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet into a round shape.
Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
While the crust is baking, shred the cooked chicken and mix with BBQ sauce.
Once the crust is done, remove it from the oven, and top with the BBQ chicken mixture.
Return the pizza to the oven for an additional 10 minutes.
Remove from the oven, garnish with cilantro, and slice.
