Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, oregano, and paprika.
Add chicken to the skillet and cook for 6-7 minutes on each side, until cooked through.
Remove chicken from the skillet and set aside.
Add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for 1 minute.
Add fresh spinach and broth to the skillet.
Cook until spinach is wilted and most of the liquid has evaporated.
Return chicken to the skillet and drizzle with lemon juice.
Serve hot, garnished with additional herbs if desired.
