Method
- Prepare the chicken wings and season them with salt and pepper.
- In a bowl, mix Sriracha, honey, soy sauce, vinegar, garlic, and sesame oil.
- Place the seasoned wings in the crockpot and pour the sauce over them.
- Cover and cook on low for 4-5 hours or high for 2-3 hours.
- Once cooked, check the wings for doneness and tenderness.
- If desired, transfer wings to a baking sheet and broil for 2-3 minutes to crisp.
- Serve the wings with additional sauce if desired.
