Ingredients
  

  • 2 pounds chicken wings
  • 1/4 cup Sriracha sauce
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Prepare the chicken wings and season them with salt and pepper.
  2. In a bowl, mix Sriracha, honey, soy sauce, vinegar, garlic, and sesame oil.
  3. Place the seasoned wings in the crockpot and pour the sauce over them.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 4-5 hours or high for 2-3 hours.
  5. Once cooked, check the wings for doneness and tenderness.
  6. If desired, transfer wings to a baking sheet and broil for 2-3 minutes to crisp.
  7. Serve the wings with additional sauce if desired.
