Ingredients
  

  • 1.5 pounds pork tenderloin
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar

Method
 

  1. Prepare the marinade by combining all ingredients.
  2. Place pork tenderloin in a resealable bag and pour the marinade over it.
  3. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Remove the pork from the marinade and let excess liquid drip off.
  5. Grill the pork tenderloin for about 15-20 minutes, turning occasionally.
