Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups mixed unsalted nuts e.g., almonds, cashews, pecans
  • 2 tablespoons barbecue sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper optional

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine mixed nuts with olive oil and barbecue sauce.
  3. Add garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and optional cayenne pepper to the bowl.
  4. Toss the nuts until they are evenly coated with the mixture.
  5. Spread the nuts in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Roast in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, stirring halfway through.
