Pour the butter mixture over the Chex mix and stir until everything is evenly coated.
Spread the mixture evenly on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
Bake for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes.
Remove the Chex mix from the oven and let it cool completely.
Store the cooled Chex mix in an airtight container.
