Ingredients
  

  • 2 medium eggplants
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 3 cups marinara sauce
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon dried oregano
  • 1 tablespoon fresh basil chopped

Method
