Refreshing Easy Grape Salad for Any Occasion

Ingredients
  

  • 4 cups of seedless grapes halved
  • 1 cup of cream cheese softened
  • 1/2 cup of sour cream
  • 1/3 cup of granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • 1 cup of chopped pecans or walnuts
  • Optional: a pinch of salt

Method
 

  1. Prepare the grapes by washing and halving them.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, sour cream, sugar, and vanilla extract.
  3. Fold the halved grapes into the cream mixture gently.
  4. Add the chopped pecans or walnuts and gently mix.
  5. Taste the salad and adjust sweetness with additional sugar if desired.
  6. Chill the salad in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
