Refreshing Cherry Smoothie for Every Occasion

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups fresh or frozen cherries
  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup almond milk or any milk of choice
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup optional
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds optional

Method
 

  1. Gather all your ingredients and equipment.
  2. Wash the cherries thoroughly and remove the pits if using fresh cherries.
  3. Add all ingredients to the blender in the following order: banana, Greek yogurt, cherries, almond milk, and sweetener if using.
  4. Blend on medium-high speed until smooth and creamy, about 30-45 seconds.
  5. Taste and adjust sweetness as necessary by adding honey or maple syrup.
  6. Pour into glasses and add chia seeds if desired, stirring gently.
  7. Garnish with a few cherries or banana slices if desired, and serve immediately.
