Ingredients
  

  • 8 ounces of rotini pasta
  • 1 pint of cherry tomatoes halved
  • 8 ounces of fresh mozzarella balls
  • 1/2 cup of fresh basil leaves torn
  • 1/4 cup of extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Cook the rotini pasta according to package instructions.
  2. Prepare the cherry tomatoes and mozzarella.
  3. Combine the pasta, tomatoes, and mozzarella in a large bowl.
  4. Add the torn basil leaves.
  5. Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
  6. Season with salt and pepper.
