Ingredients
  

  • 3 lbs pork shoulder
  • 2 cups cabbage green or purple
  • 1 cup carrots shredded
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Prepare the pork shoulder for cooking.
  2. Cook the pork in a slow cooker or oven.
