Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine almond flour, psyllium husk, baking powder, and salt.
In another bowl, whisk together eggs until frothy.
Add the whisked eggs to the dry mixture, and mix until combined.
Stir in the mozzarella cheese until well distributed.
Fold in chopped spinach and artichokes along with the cream cheese and Parmesan.
Shape the dough into small balls, roughly the size of a golf ball.
Place the dough balls close together in a greased baking dish.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown.
Let the rolls cool for a few minutes before serving.
