Ingredients
  

  • 12 large jalapeños
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup crumbled bacon
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp ground cumin
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Prepare the jalapeños by cutting them in half lengthwise and removing the seeds.
  3. In a bowl, combine cream cheese, cheddar cheese, bacon, garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, salt, and pepper.
  4. Spoon the filling into each jalapeño half, ensuring they are generously filled to prevent gaps.
  5. Sprinkle panko breadcrumbs over the filled jalapeños for crunch.
  6. Arrange the filled jalapeños on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden and bubbly.
