Cut the smoked sausage into bite-sized pieces.

Add the sausage pieces to the bowl and toss until well coated.
Place the coated sausage bites on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until heated through and slightly crispy.
Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes.
Garnish with chopped fresh parsley and serve with extra barbecue sauce for dipping.
