Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground beef 80/20
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 4 small corn or flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese Cheddar or American
  • 1/4 cup pickles sliced
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise or special sauce

Method
 

  1. Prepare the ingredients by chopping and measuring all toppings.
  2. Form the beef into 4 equal balls, about 4 ounces each.
  3. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add a little oil.
  4. Place the beef balls on the skillet and press down with a spatula to flatten.
  5. Season the patties with salt and pepper and cook for about 3-4 minutes.
  6. Flip the patties, top with cheese, and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
  7. Warm tortillas in a separate skillet or microwave.
  8. Assemble by placing the burger patties in tortillas and adding toppings.
