  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter softened
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon green food coloring

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven and prepare the baking pan.
  2. Mix the dry ingredients.
  3. Cream butter and sugar.
  4. Add eggs and vanilla.
  5. Combine wet and dry ingredients.
  6. Spread the batter in the pan.
  7. Prepare the cheesecake mixture.
  8. Add food coloring and mix well.
  9. Pour cheesecake mixture over the cake layer.
  10. Bake and cool.
  11. Chill and slice the bars.
