Ingredients
  

  • 1 wheel of Brie about 8 ounces
  • 1 cup of assorted nuts walnuts, pecans, or almonds
  • 1/2 cup of dried fruit like cranberries or apricots
  • 2 tablespoons of honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon of fresh rosemary or thyme optional
  • A selection of bread and crackers for dipping

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Place the Brie wheel in a small oven-safe bowl or dish.
  3. Top the Brie with nuts, dried fruit, and drizzle honey or maple syrup.
  4. Sprinkle fresh herbs over the toppings, if using.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until the cheese is gooey and slightly bubbly.
  6. Remove from the oven and let it sit for a minute before serving.
  7. Serve warm with an assortment of bread and crackers for dipping.
