Ingredients
  

  • 1 whole wheel of brie cheese about 8 ounces
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen cranberries
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon orange zest
  • 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary chopped
  • 1 sheet of puff pastry
  • 1 egg beaten (for egg wash)

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Roll out the puff pastry on a lightly floured surface.
  3. Place the brie in the center of the rolled-out pastry.
  4. Combine the cranberries, brown sugar, orange zest, and rosemary in a bowl.
  5. Spoon the cranberry mixture over the brie.
  6. Fold the pastry over the brie, sealing it well.
  7. Brush the pastry with the beaten egg.
  8. Place the wrapped brie on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  9. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until golden and puffed.
  10. Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
