Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 8 ounces semi-sweet chocolate
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup packed light brown sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. Melt the butter and chocolate together in a saucepan over low heat.
  3. Remove from heat and whisk in granulated and brown sugars.
  4. Add the eggs one at a time, whisking between each addition.
  5. Stir in the vanilla extract and mix until smooth.
  6. Sift the flour and salt together, then fold them into the chocolate mixture.
  7. Pour the batter into a greased baking dish.
  8. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the edges are set but the center appears moist and slightly wobbly.
  9. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
