Hearty Chicken Biscuit Casserole for Cozy Nights

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups cooked chicken shredded
  • 2 cups mixed vegetables peas, carrots, corn
  • 1 can 10.5 oz cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 can 8 oz refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley chopped (optional)

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, mixed vegetables, cream of chicken soup, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.
  3. Transfer the mixture into a greased 9x13 inch baking dish.
  4. Open the biscuit dough and evenly place the biscuits on top of the chicken mixture.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the biscuits are golden brown.
  6. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with chopped parsley, if using.
