Fresh and Vibrant Radish Salad for Home Cooks

Ingredients
  

  • 1 bunch fresh radishes trimmed and sliced
  • 1 cucumber thinly sliced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1/4 red onion thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley chopped
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Prepare the radishes and vegetables
  2. Combine the vegetables in a large bowl
  3. Add parsley and prepare the dressing
  4. Dress the salad
  5. Taste and adjust seasoning
  6. Serve immediately or chill briefly
