  • 1 cup dill pickles sliced into spears
  • 1 cup cream cheese softened
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh dill
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup crushed crackers or breadcrumbs

Method
 

  1. Prepare your ingredients by slicing the dill pickles and softening the cream cheese.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, cheddar cheese, chopped dill, garlic powder, and black pepper until smooth.
  3. Scoop a generous tablespoon of the cheese mixture onto each pickle spear, spreading it evenly.
  4. Roll the filled pickle spears in crushed crackers or breadcrumbs, ensuring they are fully coated.
  5. Place the coated pickle bites on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
