Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, black beans, corn, taco seasoning, and diced tomatoes.
Layer half of the tortilla chips in a greased 9x13 inch baking dish.
Spread the chicken mixture over the chips, followed by half of the shredded cheese.
Add the remaining tortilla chips, followed by the rest of the chicken mixture and cheese on top.
Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 25 minutes. Then uncover and bake for another 10-15 minutes until bubbly and golden.
Sprinkle freshly chopped cilantro before serving, if desired.
