Ingredients
  

  • 4 salmon fillets 6 oz each
  • 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp fresh dill chopped
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat (about 375°F).
  2. In a bowl, combine lemon juice, olive oil, garlic, dill, parsley, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place the salmon fillets in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them.
  4. Remove the salmon from the marinade and let it sit at room temperature for 15 minutes.
  5. Oil the grill grates lightly to prevent sticking.
  6. Place the salmon fillets on the grill skin-side down.
  7. Grill for about 6-8 minutes on each side or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
  8. Remove the salmon from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
