Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups fresh or canned pineapple crushed
  • 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1 cup crushed butter crackers
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 1 large egg beaten
  • 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the crushed pineapple, melted butter, granulated sugar, beaten egg, and flour.
  3. Fold in the shredded cheddar cheese until well combined.
  4. Pour the mixture into a greased 9x13-inch baking dish.
  5. Top evenly with crushed butter crackers.
  6. Drizzle any remaining melted butter over the cracker topping.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Let cool for 10 minutes before serving.
